    I had it happen once or twice when I first started using the program but haven’t had any trouble for awhile. When it happened to me I was doing a lot of multitasking going into the options etc…. I run karaoke and music videos also but I use an iPad for my regular music. Your computer is much better than mine also. I would recommend playing with it at home and see if you can get it to happen before a regular gig. When I first started using it I also had my other program ready just in case but haven’t had to use it in awhile. I use mine on the 2 deck setting with the video window in the middle. I don’t like using the Lyrx skin.

    I have not purchased any yet from party tyme, although if you are purchasing individual songs then you should be able to save them to whatever download location you choose. If PCDJ saves them to a certain location then you need to find that folder and move them where you want. That’s probably not much help but if you find out you can’t move them then I would purchase them somewhere else. If you’re using the subscription service then that’s a different story.

    Hey Ryan, I’d love to see support for spotify, I like it much better than Sound cloud. I mainly do Karaoke and have thousands of songs, I sometimes play filler music but use another dj software that supports spotify for mixing etc….. I’d much rather play everything through Dex 3. Love the software! Thanks!

    Ok after that long thread I got it fixed lol. I went ahead and watched the video on how to back up and restore the database. I wasn’t wanting to back up the database if it was corrupted but while watching the video it showed me where the database file was. On a pc go the the document folder, go into the dex 3 folder and delete the database folder. When you open dex3 3 it will give you the option to import your files again. It fixed it. I am still kind of disappointed that I submitted a ticket and haven’t heard anything back. I really do like this software quite a bit though. I hope they get support for Spotify soon.
