There insufficient disk space to complete the operation.
Dex 3 open to this error then it has to be shut down.
That means exactly what it says it means, you’re out of disk space. How much room do you have left on your C drive? How many songs total imported into DEX 3 and how much system RAM?
I have 384 GB free on C, 1.14TB on drive D and no music in Dex 3. Haven’t used it on this computer.

Do you have DEX 3 open when you’re attempting to install the latest version? Are you installing it to your C drive? Could you possibly be trying to install it to One Drive (cloud) and not your local C? The error message you’re receiving is pretty specific, regarding lack of available drive space. You clearly do not have lack of drive space (or lack of requirements to run DEX 3 perfectly well for that matter). I have not yet seen this error reported by any other user.
Do you have any antivirus/firewall software running? What happens if you disable it (both) completely and then launch DEX 3?
There was something in the error about One Drive I didn’t understand, how do I avoid that?
Now that’s making some sense! OK, I would try disabling One Drive (although when you go to install DEX 3, you should be able to easily choose the storage path, which shouldn’t be under ‘one drive’). Here’s how to completely disable it:
Try installing DEX 220.127.116.11 thereafter.
