    When ever I try to play a track I get an error saying “No or Bad File Loaded”

    I’m using a case with my Karaoke Cloud Pro subscription and I have retrieved the track.

    Make sure you are retrieving all songs before you try to add them to rotation and play them. Also, be sure you are dragging/dropping the track into the rotation list – then add/select the singers name – then use LOAD NEXT SINGER to load/play tracks from rotation. You cannot just click on the track and click ‘play’ for example – the track needs to be loaded first (and load next singer loads/plays the song – and manages the rotation for you!).
