    Hello,

I’ve updated one of my systems to version 3.14 and noticed that when I use the crossfader to slide a track from Deck A to B manually, I’ll move the cursor to search for another song. The slider will begin to move with my curser the music back to the A deck unless I quickly slide it back to the B deck. Then when I click on something, I gain back control of the curser? I’ve never had this happen to me before. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

    Thank you,

    Ronzo

Sounds like you’re still holding down the button on your mouse when you go to search? you need to let go over the left mouse button when letting go of the crossfader, before you move the cursor to the search box. Also, DEX 3.14 is old at this point – we’re on 3.15.0.2. You always find the very latest DEX 3 downloads on this page: https://www.pcdj.com/support/dex-3-support/

Also, I highly suggest joining our FB user group – it’s a lot busier than this forum. You will receive responses much faster, from both PCDJ staff and our users. You can ask to join here: http://www.facebook.com/groups/pcdjusergroup/
