Support Policy
Online and phone support services are provided to help customers resolve issues or answer the questions they may have about PCDJ software and hardware products. Telephone services will require payment of a fee of $29.99 per incident. A valid credit card must be provided and charged prior to completion of the phone support call. Technician-assisted Technical Support requires the cooperation and participation of the customer in the troubleshooting process. The customer is required to be in front of the computer with the related issue for support to be offered. This process may take some time in order to get the problem resolved. Some issues may require the technician to call you back. Please allow up to 48 hrs for a response.
This support process does not include or extend to anything that can be deemed as “training” and its purpose is to bring the product to working level of operation. For training please refer to the manuals, online help or tutorials.
No other employee of PCDJ is qualified or able to offer support. All technical support questions must go to the technical support office.
We do not support third party products. Only PCDJ products are supported.
PCDJ offers online and phone support for current products only that are available. End of line products are not supported. PCDJ provides access to online product knowledge bases that contain technical information and answers to commonly asked questions for each product version. We encourages customers to use this resource first as an easy way to find answers to their questions. This knowledge base is updated regularly with new content.

Support is available 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday.
Before contacting support by telephone we recommend you try our free online FAQ and PCDJ Message Boards. 90 percent of all answers are contained in the PCDJ Message Board and FAQ sections. Search these pages to find answers to common problems and questions.
How to Start FEE Based Support
Before contacting support please make sure you have the basic information listed below.
- Valid Credit Card
- Be in front of the PC with the related software issue.
- Any error message received.
- Your software product name and software license number.
- Information about your PC
- Where you purchased.
When calling please describe your problem and be as descriptive as possible. Your detail will significantly improve the likelihood of achieving a resolution to your problem/issue and will reduce the amount of time required on the phone to find a solution. Support requires the cooperation and participation of the customer in the troubleshooting process. Some issues may require the technician to call you back. Please allow up to 48 hrs for a response.

Product patch support
PCDJ provides product patches at its discretion. Customers with products for which product patch support has been discontinued may need to upgrade to a more current version to resolve compatibility issues or obtain protection against new threats.
