Lost License / Activation Code

The customer is responsible for security and safety of their product license code for PCDJ Products. PCDJ is not responsible for lost codes. If your PCDJ software version is protected by Softwrap you can download and install the demo version, click Activate, then click the button on the bottom that says Lost License. Enter the email address used to originally activate PCDJ. In Case of an Emergency you can use PCDJ Software Demo as a fully functional version for 14 days.

Warranty & Return Policy

Software

No refund after software activation. There is a 10 day in house credit for unopened boxed purchases with a 10% restocking fee. A photo copy of the original dated receipt must be included.

Hardware

There is a 10 day in house credit for unopened boxed purchases with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Opened Boxes returned must occur within 10 days of receipt of product. A photo copy of the original dated receipt must be included. Product must be complete and in new, undamaged condition, including all packaging. 20% restocking fee will apply to all open box returns with no refund on shipping.

Damage Claims

In the event of shipping damage, contact the carrier immediately to report a damage claim and schedule an inspection by a carrier representative. Save all packing materials and boxes. You must also notify us by using Contact form below. The merchandise will be replaced upon verification of in-transit damage.

In the unlikely event of defective software media or circuit board, the original manufacturer must be contacted directly for replacement of defective media or electronic components in accordance with the particular manufacturer’s warranty. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Contacting Customer Service

You can contact Customer Service about Damage Claims by filling out our Contact PCDJ Support Form. Make sure to include:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Invoice, or Order Number
  • Description of problem

We will then email you back shipping address and RA (Return Authorization) form to print out and include with product. You are responsible for shipping and insurance of unit to our location. Packages arriving at PCDJ without RMA numbers or descriptions, will either be refused or processed without refund. If you have shipped a product to us that becomes destroyed during shipment, you are responsible for any amount that is not insured. Defective or Damaged Merchandise will be replaced with prior authorization. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for returned merchandise shipping costs.
