PCDJ Does Not Open

PCDJ uses 3rd party Web based security system called Softwrap. Softwrap has found security issues with Internet Explorer 6. If PCDJ does not open, please make sure Internet Explorer 7 or above is installed from Microsoft.com. To check your version of Internet Explorer, click Help and then about.

Lost License Code

The customer is responsible for security and safety of their product license code for PCDJ Products. PCDJ is not responsible for lost codes and cannot issue replacement product codes. If your PCDJ software version is protected by Softwrap you can download and install the demo version, click Activate, then click the button on the bottom that says Lost License. Enter the email address used to originally activate PCDJ. In Case of an Emergency you can use PCDJ Software Demo as a fully functional version for 14 days.

Remote Control Support

PCDJ Support may need to Remote Control into your computer to see the problem first hand and trouble shoot. In which case we may request you download and install CrossLoop. CrossLoop is a Free Download. To download and install go to CrossLoop.com and click the Download button, then click Run, and follow steps. Once installed, and crossloop is open, click the share tab and quote your CrossLoop code to the PCDJ Tech support Rep. This will allow us to help you much faster.
