Do I need an active internet connection to use Karaoke Cloud Pro at a gig?
No, you can download the entire catalog of songs to your local drive. You only need to connect your machine to the internet at the start of the next billing cycle to verify your activate subscription. You have to do this on the day your charged, or up to 48 hours later, to maintain and active account. Under the Karaoke Cloud Pro subscription log in page in Karaoki you’ll find a counter that tells you how many days left until you must connect to the internet.
Do I need to buy or own Karaoki (karaoke software) to use Karaoke Cloud Pro?
A licensed copy of PCDJ Karaoki is required in order to use with your Karaoke Cloud Pro subscription. You can learn more about the software here.

How many machines can I use my Karaoke Cloud Pro subscription on?
Just like PCDJ Karaoki, the software required to use Karaoke Cloud Pro, you can use the Karaoke Cloud Pro library on three different machines.
Just download the KCP library to each machine independently and pull the machines offline – so you can use all three machines in the field simultaneously. NOTE: You can only be logged in to one machine at a time and downloading – but once pulled offline you can use all three machines in the field between billing cycles (1 month).
How do I get new songs that are added to the Karaoke Cloud Pro?
Songs are constantly being added to the KCP. Simply connect PCDJ Karaoki to the internet, and log into the KCP from the log in screen in Karaoki. By clicking “Update Case Now” PCDJ Karaoki will connect to the KCP and download any new available songs that have been added. Un-downloaded songs are easily identified by the KCP tag to the left of the Artist field in the Karaoke Cloud Pro case in Karaoki. You can also sort by this field to group downloaded songs (Blue K’s) and KCP (KCP) files together.
Are the Karaoke files from Karaoke Cloud Pro legal for use in a public venue?
YES, all files in the KCP platform have been legally licensed for commercial use. You can use them in any environment where you charge money for your services.
I have a wireless card from a cellular provider. Can I use this?
Just like cellular phone service your signal strength cannot be guaranteed in all areas therefore we cannot guarantee that your streaming will be without issues. We highly recommend that you perform the below procedure and allow Karaoki to download the entire library to your local drive. This is why we have designed this feature into the service. After downloading a local copy of the library you only need to connect Karaoki once a month to our server to verify your subscription and download any new tracks to your library.
Can I download the KCP karaoke files to one computer, and move them to another?
The KCP karaoke files are DRM protected, and the encryption used is exclusive to the machine they are downloaded to. Thus, KCP files must be downloaded directly to the machine you plan to use them on. If you have 3 active systems with your subscription on three separate computers, you must download the KCP files to each of the systems.
How can I download ALL available songs from the Karaoke Cloud Pro?
Click the very top track in the KCP track listing from the KCP group in PCDJ Karaoki. Now scroll to the bottom of the Karaoke Cloud Pro song list. Hold down CTRL + SHIFT on your keyboard and click the last track in the list. All KCP files should be highlighted. Right click with your mouse on one of the files that you’ve highlighted and choose the option to RETRIEVE TRACK/S. PCDJ Karaoki will now begin downloading all songs. How long does it take to download all the available songs from Karaoke Cloud Pro?
This depends on a few items. The amount of songs available, and your internet connection speed. On average we’re finding it takes anywhere between 20 seconds to 45 seconds per track. Please allow yourself ample time before a gig to download the songs you plan to use (if you’re offline at your gig)
