Product Specifications
Product specifications do change from time to time and we will notify you and give you an option to cancel if the specification of the product you are ordering has been changed to that shown on this Website at the time you placed the order with us. All products are covered by the manufactures warranty.
Delivery Times
We make every effort to get our products to you as quickly as possible. Items in stock will be dispatched within 7 – 14 working days. In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you to advise of an expected delivery date.
Delivery Charges
"Delivery included" is to USA destinations only. Other destinations may incur additional charges, and we will notify you of these and await confirmation from you before processing your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Claims for non-delivery or damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days from expected date of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after that time. Goods which are deemed faulty on arrival will be collected by our courier for replacement or refund.
The consumer shall not be entitled to a repayment in the event that:
He/She does not take reasonable care of the goods pre or post cancellation. For the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the goods if such goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and interconnects and the internal or external packaging is damaged in any way or the goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they were sold.
If upon examination of your product we determine any failures due to third party software or viruses we will refuse to offer any further assistance. PCDJ also reserves the right to refuse to repair or examine any equipment found to contain pornographic images and/or files which contain material of any sort which is deemed illegal under US Law.
PCDJ will not be held responsible for loss of data if your OODJ module is returned to us for repair. Please ensure appropriate back up of any important data.
Product Prices
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Delta payments via this Website without a surcharge, however we reserve the right to deliver only to the card holders billing address unless the card issuer states otherwise. Personal and business checks are also welcome by us. Lease options are available after successful completion and approval of the appropriate credit forms.

This site uses a secure web server offering you total security during and after your transaction. Credit Card information transmitted between your PC and our server is encrypted and it remains encrypted whilst your order is processed and recorded for warranty purposes.
Warranty
Product pictures and descriptions are designed to give an accurate view of the products but the nature of some goods is that minor variations in finish and color may occur. The goods are only fit for their intended purpose.
